Every Maintenance Plan Includes a Monthly Website Health Check

We’ll review your website each month to make sure everything is running smoothly, checking key areas like performance, functionality, mobile usability, links, and overall website health. We will provide you with a Website Health Report outlining what we checked, what we found, and any updates or fixes completed.

If we uncover an issue that requires work outside the scope of your maintenance plan, we’ll let you know and discuss the next steps before any additional work is completed.

Do you have to build my website for me to use your maintenance service?

No. We can maintain websites we didn’t originally build. Complete our maintenance questionnaire and we’ll review your website and recommend the plan that best fits your needs.

What type of website changes are included?

Changes can include text and image updates, product or service updates, layout adjustments, troubleshooting, plugin updates, and other general website changes. What’s included will depend on your maintenance plan.

What happens if my website breaks

If something critical stops working, you won’t have to wait for your monthly request. Maintenance clients have access to emergency website support so we can review the issue and work to get things running properly again.

How quickly are maintenance requests completed?

Turnaround time depends on the type and complexity of your request. We’ll review your submitted changes and keep you updated throughout the process. Priority support is available with our Premium Care plan.

Can I change or cancel my maintenance plan?

Yes. As your website needs change, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your maintenance plan.

What if I need something outside my plan?

Just ask! We’ll review what you need and let you know whether it can be added as a separate service or if another maintenance plan would be a better fit.

Do unused website changes roll over?

Yes! If you’re on our Essential Care or Growth Care plan and don’t use any of your included website changes during the month, you’ll earn 1 Rollover Update Credit to use later. You can save up to 12 credits and use them alongside your regular monthly changes whenever your website needs a little extra attention. Rollover credits are available while your maintenance plan remains active and expire if your plan is canceled.
